I am a psychotherapist and counsellor working in Sydney’s Inner West.
I specialise in psychodynamic psychotherapy, an evidence-based therapeutic approach that involves collaborative work between the client and therapist.
My life experiences have informed my approach, blending evidence-based therapies with the insights I've gathered from my own personal psychotherapy. I bring a holistic view to my therapeutic work with each individual, and integrate somatic and mindfulness elements as relevant and appropriate.
Additionally, receiving an ADHD diagnosis in adulthood has given me a unique perspective on neurodiversity and a firsthand understanding of the profound shift in identity that often accompanies such a revelation.
“Compassion is not a relationship between the healer
and the wounded. It's a relationship between equals.”
